aruba switch frame
Hello,
I have run a frame scan (wireshark) on my network and I am viewing many frames sent by two aruba switches (Aruba 2930F-8G and 2530).
The switches are not stacked
All the frames are sent to a mac address 09:00:09:09:13:a6 with the IEEE802a protocol.
What are these frames for? Are they necessary?
Can we deactivate this flow?
Thanks !
Regards,

Re: aruba switch frame
Hi @JM0945 !
It is loop protection feature. Just deactivate it and those frames will be gone.
