port is down E2510-48
18th port is down, and after connecting a device no link is appeared. In port status table port is down and no reaction is detected. Port is enabled and is a member of Vlan 2 Untagged. Please can you advice me, what should I do. Now swich can't be reboot.

Hello,
It sounds likely that the port is defect. Have you tried the end station on another port? Have you tried different devices and cabled on this port?
I would recommend contacting warranty support, get the issue qualified, and possibly have a replacement unit shipped out.

thank you, of course I tried differnet stations and cables, it didn't help. OK, thanks for advvice!
