restricted Access through web

Dear All 

When I access Procurve switch through web using IP address , getting the below screen before login. is there a way I 'll not see that below screen?

From the CLI, go to "menu" , then "Console Passwords..." , set the password for Operator. This should trigger the user login window for Web UI
