Hi, please i need your help. I have two radio signal, with each 400MBPS. I connect to port 23 and 24 of my HP core switch 2530. I will like to bud/combine both to get 800MBPS and allocate it to the rest of the switch port.

Sounds like you need to aggregate two links together using LACP. In the ProCurve world this is called a trunk

trunk 23-24 trk1 lacp

Then you need to add the relevant VLANs, eg

vlan 20 untagged trk1
vlan 30 tagged trk1
vlan 40 tagged trk1
