please support is , in my office , there are HP J9087A ProCurve 2610-24 -PWR 24 - Port PoE Managed Switch w / Rack Ears , the issue is at fault alarms and indicators PoE also blinking .
what I should do .

There is a lifetime warranty on ProCurve switches so contact HP support for your country. They need the product number and serial number of the switch.

Console into the switch, provide the Command show logging - r, check to see if there are any poe related errors, or any other warning message. If you have any poe devices connected are they still working?
Reboot the switch, update firmware if it's on older version and check, if issue persists, call hp support to get the switch replaced (also before you reboot, collect "show tech all" log in case support requests for logs)
