Cannot arrange automated backups with Windows Server Backup

This is apparently a known problem.  WSB will just not allow me to enter a scheduled backup to our HP RDX tape drive.  However, there is reported to be a workaround, but no amount of googling today has led me to it, so I decided to ask in here since the workaround might be hardware specific.

I'm running backups on a Windows 2003 server, all manually configured, which is a pain, and we have a HP Storageworks 160GB RDX tape drive.

I'd be grateful if anyone can point me to an appropriate workaround.

Thanks in advance.

Get DPE (Data Protector Express)  I think it should have come with your disk drive.
