Carousel is not fully rotating

My HP DAT Autoloader 24x6 (external) suddenly ejects all mags that are inserted after trying three of the tapes. HP Library&test tools reports that "Autoloader Magazine Carousel is not fully rotating." Can anyone give advice on this.
