DP Express 3.50 Hang & High CPU

Hi,

With DataProtector Express 3.50 SP1 installed on AIO400, when service start dpwinsdr.exe goes to 50% CPU usage and DP is not responding anymore.

Anyone any idee ?

Two week ago we pass the Maintenance CD, this maintenance do the upgrade from 3.1 SP3 to 3.50 SP1.

Maybe it's related.

We have found some issues with 3.5 SP1, could you try downloading 3.5 SP2 from HP site and see.

It should resolve your issue.
