Dataprotector licencing - support contract renewal (Belgium)
Dataprotector licencing - support contract renewal (Belgium)
We recieved a renewal contract for the licences on our Dataprotector express software, but this offer did not include all licences. I've been trying to find someone within HP to change this offer; FOR 2 WEEKS NOW...
But still can't find anyone who wants to solve this. The service is only reachable by mail and they won't respond. Someone any idea's on how to get a correct response from HP ?
