Re: Error in Library and Tape tools with a TSL10000
I have encountered the same issue.
the firmware on the TSL-10000 is V5.10
HP Library & Test Tools is Version V 4.7.0.23
Windows 2003 standard edition.
for the TSL-10000 have been updated with the Compaq DatDriverInstall.EXE Downloaded earlier this week. I am running a test Backup with HP Protector Express Single Server Edition V3.5 SP2 I will post an update with the results.
I have seen issues with this type drive runn ing BACKUP EXEC 11d SP2 if the drive is at Current F/W (5.10) and using the Microsoft driver.
If anybody can provide the decode for the Sense Key & Sense code it would help a great deal in isolating if it is a TSL-10000 Firmware, Compaq Driver, orOther issue.
Thanks.
