MSL5000/MSL6000 troubleshooting tree available
An interactive troubleshooting tree previously available only within HP support has now been made available on the external web. You can access this by choosing the "self-help resources" link in the left side navigation while on any of the MSL support pages, and then selecting "solutions from HP experts" option.
Another way to get there is the following jump station: http://www.hp.com/support/msltstree
