RDX no recovery snapshots have been created for 46 hours
Hi!
I have a customer using HP RDX for backup of his only server. Server is running windows 2008 x64.
RDX has been running fine for almost 2 months..
But this morning, when exchanging RDX-cartrigdes there where two messages on the console:
"No recovery snapshots have been created for 46 hours"
And:
"A cartridge has not been present for 169 hours"
I replaced one cartridge today, but there was no message about "backup starting..."
Any tips? or pointing me in direction of where to find more info (ie. logs?)

Re: RDX no recovery snapshots have been created for 46 hours
I would stop and restart the services HP-RDX-Services and -SysMon.
Other than that, I have no direct experience with these messages, other than to be able to tell you that the message about "cartridge not present" can be wildly off the true time, at least in the version I'm running... It's very possible that that has since been fixed.
Let me know if services stop/start 'fixes' it.
