Robotic Tape Library

Have a MSL2024 tape Library, server does not see the Robotic Tape Library, but does see the tape drive. it will backup but will only allow to use one tape and not use the tape library.

Graham,

Which software are you using? Check your cables and try updating any firmware or drivers.

Software is Backup exec 12 All drivers and Fireware is upto Date.

All cables Check everything upto date.

Still Backup exec can not see the Robotic Tape Library, I think this has something to do with the LUN 0 and 1, at present Server can only see LUN 0, does anyone know how to configure or do a LUN scan.
