StorageWorks 1/8 autoloader troubleshooting tree available

An interactive troubleshooting tree for the StorageWorks 1/8 series autoloaders previously available only within HP support has now been made available on the external web.

You can access this by choosing the "self-help resources" link in the left side navigation while on any of the 1/8 support pages, and then selecting "solutions from HP experts" option.

Unlike the MSL tree, we do not have a jump station URL available yet, but this link my get you there in the mean time:
