"no drive" displayed on DLT 718 autoloader
I have a HP 718 DLT autoloader that is displaying the message, "no drive". The backup software will not work as it says there is no drive as well. I cannot find any resolution to this.
Please advise. Thank you very much.

Re: "no drive" displayed on DLT 718 autoloader
Hello,
Did you connect all Scsi cable to the back of the autoloader, and the terminator?
best regards,

Re: "no drive" displayed on DLT 718 autoloader
This is most likely a hardware problem. Take a look at the following thread: http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/QuestionAnswer/0,,0x016d42308663d611abdb0090277a778c,00.html
