reset factory defaults on StorageWorks 1/8 GE Tape Autoloader

Hello,

I need assistance in resetting the factory defaults on a StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader. Specifically, the administrator / & service passwords have been misplaced and I can't get into the autoloader to configure it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Call your local HP support and request a temporary admin password. They can generate one for you using information you provide about your library.
