Exchange 2000 and TimeZones
Does anyone know if it's possible to use a single Exchange 2000 server to host Storage groups/stores for offices that "live" in different timezones e.g. East and West coast USA??
If it ain't broke don't fix it.

There should be no problem with this kind of setup.
Exchange takes into account the senders timezone (GMT +/- X hours) and sent-time and does a calculation based on the servers timezone.
So, basically for correct functioning it relies on the correct regional settings (timezone setting) found in the control panel of the clients and the server.
Some minor problems are known with regards to daylight savings time but mostly for Europe:
