Outlook 2003 crash EventID 1000
got the following situation.
I have a notebookbook fully updated Windows XP and office 2003 (so also IE7)
When opening Outlook and open my Inbox, doubleclick on an e-mail to open it, I see the e-mail appearing but a second later the famous SEND/DO NOT SEND error occours. saying that a problem accoured.
In eventlogs under application EventID 1000 is listed, saying that outlook.exe terminated
I have removed whole office and reinstalled it again, after installation (without SP2) same problem, after all the updates, problem still excists.
also when I configure Oultook in a new profile the problem occours. (It is an Exchange account)
Anybody got any ideas? I can not find much about this problem
Extra info, Adobe 7 Prof is installed that also puts something in Office, to create PDF files etc. also an addin of Exact Synergy is installed, but this combination is widely spread in this office and other have no problems.
Have a nice day,
Regards, Ronald

Check this, sounds like a similar problem:

Check the patch!

Re: Outlook 2003 crash EventID 1000
Tnx for replying, do you mean patch kb924085 mentioned in that post?
My problem happend with and without this patch installed and it is a security patch, so I doubt this is the cause or solution of the problem.
Hopefully you or someone else have more ideas

Re: Outlook 2003 crash EventID 1000
Yesterday, I had a similar problem.
I have executed the following steps:
1) regsrv32
2) Upgrade OUTLOOK2003 SP3 from the following URL:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=E25B7049-3E13-433B-B9D2-5E3C1132F206&displaylang=en
Best regards.
