Outlook and dial-up
I cannot access my exchange server when dialing in using PAL and Extranet. I am able to access the web and network drives, but not the exchange server. I cannot ping the exchange server either. This used to work, but doesn't anymore. I dont know what could have changed. I am using an Omnibook 4100 running W95 and Outlook 2000.
Everything works fine at work when I am directly attached to the LAN, but no luck at home over the phone.
Thanks

Re: Outlook and dial-up
Since you can connect to and use other NW resources from your LAN when connected through modem, looks like your port 135 communication (nbsession) has been blocked at some point between your laptop and Exchange Server (firewall etc...).
Looks like you can not use "Microsoft Exchange Server" anymore when connected by modem. Set up an "Internet e-mail" and use that method for reading and sending e-mail from home (in Outlook, Tools -> Services -> Add -> Internet E-mail).
Regards, GoranY.
