SQL Authentication changed

Hello,

SQL Authentication changed from SQL Server and Windows to Windows Only.
None of us has changed it.

under Event viewer I see the following:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: KDC
Event ID: 7
Description: The Security Account Manager failed a KDC request in an unexpected way. the error is in the data field. The account name was Administrator@ABC.DOMAIN.COM and lookup type 0x24

I have been searching Event ID 7, and all I
found was this: http://www.eventid.net/show.asp?DocId=6

Has anybody been thru this before?
Any idea how is it possible that the Authentication method gets changed by the system without prompting for any input?
