3G SAS blade firmware failure

I had a firmware upgrade end badly, which is now grazing my sas blade switch with an endless warning of;

"The VSM system is initializing and cannot be accessed at this time.
Initialization can take up to 5 minutes if a flashing operation is in-progress on the current switch or the neighbor switch.
Please wait and refresh the browser at a later time to attempt to gain access."

So I'm trying to get a RMA on it, but none of the serials on the switch seems to work on the warranty checker. I am obviously doing something wrong, does anyone know which numbers on this thing I should use?

5 Years down the line and I have the same error, how did you solve it? Assuming that you did...

Fixed it now.

Had too update the Onboard Administrator to work with the lastest version of the frimware on the SAS Blade.
