A very straightforward solution to solving the problem ilo self test error
1- Firmware update ilo to 2.61
2- Go to the ilo environment
3. Go to the Diagnostic section and then click on the self-test link
4. The self test error is activated, clicked on it and restarted the device
Note: If you do not fix the problem after several times, unfortunately, the motherboard must be replaced

Re: A very straightforward solution to solving the problem ilo self test error
Glad it worked for you - it does not work for me, even when the iLo firmware is 2.61. I've also attempted the NAND format process documented in advisory a00048622en_us, and after doing several that way, none of them removed the error.

Re: A very straightforward solution to solving the problem ilo self test error
Our success rate at fixing iLO 4 module SD card errors is about 50%. We opened a case with our service provider for the first failure and they had to replace the entire mainboard. It was a lot of work and downtime. I don't think we'll bother with opening any more support cases for these
