Solved!
The documentation is a little old for the Firmware 3.15
You must add network connection on server profile by click it the right button on your mouse. On FLASH menu is the option ADD NETWORK.

You can add two more 10 Gbps to the blades for four. You would need to add two more Flex 10 modules. One port per Flex 10. If you have open mezzanine slots and interconnect bays (Flex 10s). It would cost about $12,000 each for the Flex-10s and $1200 each for the blade ports.
