Hi all,

Question about changing iLO IP, if there is a static IP that already given to the iLO, and I don't know the static IP Address, how can I change it?

if you can connect to ilo through the console

Once you login as Admin .you can change the IP

Connect using console meaning I have to use the crossover cable and plug it into the front of the blades?

Sandy, you have several options. If you connect the SUVI cable to the front of the blade you can connect a notebook or other computer to the iLO through the included RJ-45 connection and browse to the iLO at 192.168.0.1 which is a fixed address invoked when using the SUVI cable. Then you can log in and change the static IP address. Secondly, you can use the HPONCFG utility to stick a new IP address into the iLO from the host's OS. Third, if you just need to see what the address is, you can view that from the System Management Homepage on the host. Lastly, you can access information about the iLO from the BL p-class tab in the iLO of another blade in the same enclosure.
