BL280c boot from iSCSI Storage?

Hello all,

I have a C7000 chassis full with BL280c G6 and i'm looking to implement a boot-from-storage solution. What would be the easiest/most cost effective solution for this?

Is a direct-attached SAS solution possible or am i stuck with iSCSI (if it works)?

A fibre channel SAN is a little out of my price range...

Will a D2000 DAS enclosure work by connecting it through 2 x HP 3Gb SAS BL-c Switch?

For SAS storage outside the enclosure, yes you can put a P700m mezzanine in your BL280c Blades, a pair of SAS switches at the back and a MSA2000sa or a MDS600.
