Hello James,

Just downgraded bios to version 2007.06.28 A (http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/27781.html) and server is up and running with two processors, problem escalated by HP.

Hope to hear from them soon.]
As soon as i have more information i will reply to you.

Good find Eric.

I downgraded the SystemROM and everything is working perfectly. It'll be interesting to see what HP comes up with.

Only problem with having servers at a lower level BIOS is keeping track of why 6 months later.
