BL460C Continuosly blinking leds

I have a G1 BL460C server connected to the auxiliary cable, and every time I press the power button, it turns green, but the leds, of the hdd controller, blink continuously with green color. And nothing is shown in the monitor (connected through the cable).
On the mainboard I see that the LED CR19, is blinking also, what prevents booting.

 

A may be due ?
