BL460C nither do not power on by pressing power on switch nor by from console

Hi, I have bl460C blade which do not power on from ILO remote console or even if i press power switch, There is a log in IML log on Onboard Administrator console which logs the error as " Class maintenance CPU operating at reduced performance level due to an enclosure power event."
I tried the blade in different enclosure slot but it do not power on.

Kindly assist me ASAP.
