BL460c wont pass post after installing 4 port NIC in MEZ 2

Cant seem to get my bl460c to boot after instaling a 4 port nic in the second mez. I checked my rom and it's 11/2008. Any ideas? If I pull the nic card it post normal.

Do you get anything on the screen, or does it stay black? Check the mezzanine connector for bent pins. Try another NIC if you have one available.

Starts to post but hangs right before ILO check. I have two blades that are doing this, no bent pins. I have a new nic on order should be here today.

Let us know how the new NIC works. Are there any errors in the OA with this NIC installed?

Bad mez card. But there also seems to be an order to geting it instaled and booting. Once you have the post hang I needed to remove all mez cards bad and or good to get a clean psot. Then after that I was able to install the good card and it would post fine.
