BL465c G5 with Win 2008 Hyper-v Reboots unexpectedly

Hi All,
I have a BL465c G5 with Latest Firmware and running windows 2008 Datacenter + Hyper-V + PSP 8.1, i have 6 VM's hosted on them and 5 of them running HP SIM,
This server Reboots unexpectedly without any error or notification, Nothing in Event viewer too.
The ILO log says below nothing else
"Server reset"
"Server power restored"
"Server reset"
Any suggestions are welcome

Note:
This is a c7000 encl with 13 Servers and remaining all Servers are working normal.

Thanks
Ashok

Re: BL465c G5 with Win 2008 Hyper-v Reboots unexpectedly

am having the same problem. BL460, Windows 2008 Enterprise, Hyper-V, PSP8.1. I am only running one virtual machine (which is not really being used). The only way I know something happened is I get the follow message from SIM:

"Event Name: System is unreachable
URL: https://vmhostsb27:2381/
Event originator: vmhostsb27
Event Severity: Critical
Event received: 12-Aug-2008, 09:42:49
Event description: The current system is no longer reachable from the central management server, hardware status polling has marked this system as not responding"

I have replaced the RAM & the system board with no luck.

Seems to be a Memory Banking problem, but not sure,

Found alternate options to overcome this,
