I have received the official response from HP to apply the fixes as some of you pointed out in the last few comments. Although I haven't done it yet, I hope this will work fine and fix the problem which happened first in March last year. Now I close the issue and thank you for everyone who posted many many comments!

Eventually the cause was in HP's firmware.
