Bl460c nic blinking when power it off

Dear all,
i have bl460c server when power off the server, the front nic leds still blinkig

i updated the server rom farmware,nic fairmware, and all related environment updates.

i tried to plug the server out the enclouser but the same problem.

i am talking about NIC 1 LED, and NIC 2 LED

when power of the server the nic leds keep blinking.

The NICs are powered by Auxiliary power and stay alive even when the server is off--a necessary thing to enable Wake on LAN.

i have another 30 blade servers this is the only one that NIC led blinking when it powerd off,

and i tried to reset system board to the default setting, but the same.
