Check the power LEDs; Check Attachment;
Not enough power for the blade to power ON.
Where did you get this error ?

There is no need to worry if you see it when you try to power on multiple blades.
The behavior is:
When the Blades power on they request for certain amount of Power depending on the particular blade, amount differs.
When the request is not processed by the OA the iLO logs the message which you are seeing in the IML.
Most of the times you see it when you insert more then 5 or 6 blades. Eventually blades will power on.
I hope you are able to power on blades?

In your case , i guess, you have selected either "AC Redundancy or Power Supply Redundancy" as your power mode.
And you may have removed any redundant power supply which caused the redundancy to be lost.
