Blade Chassis login failure

I setup an LDAP search path to an OU that contains 2 domain groups with users from different departments. I added both groups to OA - one with the ADMIN user role and the other with the USER role. Can't login using the USER role account. When I do I get the following error:

LDAP: authentication failure; for web service service, not a member of any configured group

But the account is a member of one of the groups in this OU. I added this user to the group section though and it allowed me to login.
