Blade not booting

I am not if this is the right forum, so please redirect me if necessary.

One of my blades (BL-10e) when booting shows this error:

1782-Disk Controller Failure

A preliminary search suggests my firmware might be outdated, but the date is Nov 18 2002.

Please let me know what I can do. Will I have to replace the blade?
