Blinking power green - orange on a BL685C

We have just installed a new BL685c and it seems that there is an hardware problem. The power led continue to switch green-amber-green-amber and the server is not able to power on (no POST and no boot).

All other leds are off.

From the ilo the server seems ok, no errors are reported, IML log is empty.

The qlogic mezzanine installed is correctly reported on both the little LCD display and
the ILO.

I had a look to the troubleshooting guide, but this strange led behaviour is not described.

Thanks for all suggestions,
best regards

Re: Blinking power green - orange on a BL685C

Check :
Redundant Power Mode

Limit AC Watts
- Not Set (default)
- Input the # of Limit AC Watts
Note: This will restrict the power
available to the entire enclosure.

Power Savings
- Enabled (default)
- Disabled
Note: increases power efficiency
but requires AC Redundancy

Seems like the Blade isnt getting enough power.

Cheers !
James.

Hi James,
thanks for your suggestions. At the end an HP engineer changed the motherbord and now the server is working fine.

Thanks again,
