C3000 - Connect my LAN Pass-thru to my network

i got a C3000 chassis with 6 BL460 and one lan Sw Pass-thru.

my problem is : when i try to connect a switch pass-thru port (1 and 9 according to bay 1) to my company network, nothing is happened; i am sure that i haven't a problem with my company switch( Cisco swicth).

on OA, i see the pass-thru and the mapping is ok.

is there any configuration required?

Is the switch you are connecting to a gigabit switch? I found when I connected to a 100Mbps switch I couldn't get a connection, then I tried a gigabit switch it worked fine.

also i tried to connect my pass-thru with an external HUB; but it seems the same problem. :(
