I have 2 C7000 enclosures and they are connected through the enclosure link.
After upgrading the enclosures firmware to 2.52 we keep getting an alert saying:
"Enclosure, "Blade1", has detected the removal of 1 enclosure from the enclosure link."
And right after that we get:
"Enclosure, "Blade1", has detected the addition of 1 enclosure to the enclosure link"
Has anyone seen this bfore and if Yes how do we fix it ?.
Thanks,
Strunk

Re: C7000 enclosure issue
I updated all enclosures to version 2.60 but we have still the same problem.
Kind Regards,

Re: C7000 enclosure issue
ok if this problem is still on the c7000,
you should open a HW call to the HP.

Re: C7000 enclosure issue
How often is this message being generated?
and, are both of your enclosures upgraded to OA 2.52?? (What was the pre-upgrade version?)
I have similar setup using 2.51, and I dont see this issue.

Re: C7000 enclosure issue
It's random how often it happens. Sometimes 3 times a day sometimes 1 time during a day and then perhaps 4 days with no alarm. and then it starts again.
I was running 2.51 before the upgrade.
