C7000 with BL460 Gen & Gen10 ILO Media extremely slow

Hello,

we have two C7000 Blade Centers and I would like to install OS with Mounted ISO Image over ILO from my local drive. But the installation of Windows takes up to 5-6 hours. On my DL380 Servers (Old Servers - not in blade), the installation with mounted iso over ILO takes only some minutes and runs really really fast !

Why ist the ILO on C7000 Blades so slow ?

OA is configured to AutoNeg and connects with 1000 Full.

Same issue on DL360P Gen10 !!! Virtual drive mounted with Java Remote Console. Installing XenServer took 45 minutes !!! On old G9, in takes 5 minutes... We have tested forcing 100FD on both server and switch but it's the same, very slow...
