C7000 with Cisco 3120g

I have a C7000 with 6 3120g Switches. They are setup as 2 stacks.
Stack 1 - Bay 1,5,7
Stack 2 - Bay 2,6,8
I am trying to use EBIPA to assign the IP to the switch. When i reboot the switch in Bay1, the IP responds via ping only for about 1 minute and then drops. I tried shutting down all other members of the stacks and just leaving one. I also tried removing EBIPA IP and re-enabling it. No luck.
Any ideas? Is there some way to remotely reset the switches to default settings?

hello,
we ahve similar config (only 2 cisco's) and never had similar issue. Do you have latest firmware on OA (3.11 now)?
