CLI tool for OA and VC scripting (similar to CPQLOCFG.EXE)

I'm wondering if there's a remote tool available for scripting the OA and VirtualConnect utilizing XML scripts similar to the iLO's CPQLOCFG.EXE. That is, a tool that doesn't require manually launching a telnet/ssh session to each device first.

No VC doesn't have any tool like CPQLOCFG.EXE from which you can Launch SSH or telnet.

from OA you can Use command "hponcfg" commmad from which you can run the XML scripts on the Blades.
For more 'help hponcfg" in OA CLI.
