SolutionIf you are removing/replacing items, then it is not so clear.
Power Supps. Must ensure that there is enough Power remaining after removing Power Module, to support the installed blades and modules.
InterConnect Modules. These are usually in use, however it depends on your configuration and how much redundancy you have. Note there is not much redundancy in a c3000.
Blades. This is pretty obvious. Shut down and power off before removing.

add power supplies first, then the new blades
because the new blades might not power up untill there is enough available power in the enclosure to allow the new blades to power up.
