Re: Can't access brocadeswitch with management console
For the switch to take the IP from the OA, it must be set DHCP, and you must have a IP set in the EBIPA.
I'm seeing the same issue, at a customer.
That want to use fixed IP on the SAN switch.
It was set for DHCP on the switch, and No IP on the EBIPA.
rebooting the OA, doesn't fix the problem.
Get IP setting correct on the switch and EBIPA, then try reboot the switch.
We have not tried reboot the switch yet. o I don't know if it will work.

Re: Can't access brocadeswitch with management console
i have the same problem. The EBIPA Address is given to the switch, i can open the switch via browser, ssh, telnet, but if i try it with the oa -> Interconnect Bay -> HP b-series -> Management Console -> then it will open http://0.0.3.0/ . . .
OA FW: 3.21
FabOS: v6.4.0b
Any idea?
Regards
Stefan

Re: Can't access brocadeswitch with management console
It usually had to do with the IP address of the device.
Are the brocade Switch IP's on thesame subnet as the OA?
Are there DNS settings in the EBIPA config? If so, try removing the DNS entries.

Re: Can't access brocadeswitch with management console
Same issue here. Just reboot the switch and it's ok.
