Clone Enclosure

I have a Blade Enclosure sitting in a remote office that is not configured yet but I want to be a duplicate of an existing enclosure (minus domain and other unique identifiers). 

Do I simply need to import a backup of the primary?

Yes please, use Configuration scripts options.
