Corrupt Onboard Administrator
Hello - I was updating my OA to 2.01 and the workstation I was on froze up during the flashing phase. Luckily I can still get into the primary but I can't see the backup anymore and primary won't take the upgrade.
Does anyone know how to recover from this? I believe I will need to connect through HyperTerm and recover from there but I am not really sure. I appreciate any help!
Thanks

Re: Corrupt Onboard Administrator
Hi Romell,
There are 2 options:
1. Upgrade to new version 2.02 which is in the below link.
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/27740.html
or option 2: Recover 2.01
Connect to the hyper terminal.
Press and hold the reset button on OA for 20 seconds.
Now you will be asked to flash the firmware or just reset the OA or boot in the Last password mode.
Place the image in the tftp or ftp server and give the address in the hyperterm prompt.
It will flash both Active and Standby OA.
Regards,
Raghuarch
