DVD drive in C3000 enclosure is very slow

Hi,
Inbuilt DVD drive in C3000 enclosure is quite slow. Where external DVD drive is copying a file within 2 minutes, the enclosure DVD drive is taking 45 minutes. Has anybody experience this problem? Any solution?

What file are you trying to copy?
Can you put more on this.
2 minutes from external and 45 minutes from internal doesn't look good.

I was trying to copy x64 setup folder from SQL server DVD. Screen shot attached for your reference with time stamp.

as yor told that while copying the data with the inbuilt dvd drive, is slow , where as external dvd drive is copying a file in 2 min, the enclouser dvd drive is taking 45 minutes.

there is no issue with the enclouser or servers, whenever the data is copied thru enclouser drive : it will remain slow, because data is coming routed thru complete enclosure bus, and if the same time the external drive is connected direct to blade : it will be copyied with the in sec only.because data is being copied direct to destination, thru a single bus(without any routed bus in enclosure)

no need to replace the oa // dvd drive of enclosure

simply keep ur server //enclousers firmware updated with the latest one.

Thanks for reply. I understand that enclosure DVD is slow, but is it that slow? 2 and 45 mts?
