I am getting degraded  error in two of my blade servers

Rack Infrastructure  01/08/2020   14:59   01/08/2020  14:42  2  Chassis Enclosure Serial Number CZ3321EPAC requires minimum firmware revision 03.50. It is currently 04.40.

I don't have much idea about Hardware inside blade system

1) Is Dimm is same as that of RAM,? Can I replace it from another server from the same blade system?

2) If I replace DIMM the data inside the server will be lost?
