Firmware update

Hi
Is it best toupdate the chassis firmware first or the indivual blades first ? This is for the c3000 chassis and the bl480 baldes.

Hi DGWS,

The correct order to perform firmware updates should be System ROM on each blade -> iLO 2 firmware on each blade -> Onboard Administrator.

Be sure to check the Blade Compatibility Matrix at http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01723453/c01723453.pdf to ensure that all the revisions you are loading are compatible between them.
