Firmwareupgrade VC-FC Module fail

Hallo,

I have upgrade the VC-Enet module to V3.10, woks fine.
But the VC-FC Modul are incompatible in the VC-Manager and I cannot update this with vcsu.
Error "Modul information not avaible"
Now the VC-FC Module doesnt logged in the Fabric.
The VC-FC Modul have FW 1.40

Update fw from same subnet as the modules (or without firewalls/routing between).

Try rebooting the module to get it identified again, if that does not help reseat module and try FW upgrade with vcsu again.

I faced the issue with VC-FC module firmware upgrade.
If u upgrade from FTP server it will fail.
So please try from other server.
Also try to reset the modules.

Okay I will try this again in the same Subnet.
But I dont understand FTP Server. Where is the FTP Server. I upgrade with vcsu 1.51 Utility.

I mean if u r upgrading the VC-FC firmware from the server , where FTP service is installed may fail the upgrade.......

FC modules are updated with FTP protocol even with vcsu.

I ran in that problem last week connected directly with my laptop to OA. Disabling the
firewall on my laptop solved the problem.

I resolved the problem. With vcutil V1.3 the FW Update works fine.

1.3 ? That pretty old with does not even support current FW releases.... Try 1.5.1 instead.

I have the same issue, will try tomorrow from same subnet and / or laptop direct to the OA
