Flex10 Uplink Ports - Is 1Gb/s possible

Question:

If I upgrade my 1/10Gb VC ENet modules to Flex10, will I be able to connect and link the Flex10 Uplinks to a 1G Network Switch port??

The switch is an HP 2810 Procurve.

If the answer is yes, are there specific cables/SFP's that need to be ordered ??

Yes you want the HP BladeSystem 1Gb RJ-45 SFP Opt Kit 453154-B21 - one per port.

I was thinking that it was probably the 1G SFP Option Kit, I was just looking for confirmation.
